Returns

Our team will guide you on the return process. If you are returning via a courier service, securely place the item in its original packaging, include the Purchase Invoice from GSM Solutions Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process an exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process the exchange.
